The sides which Haksan is interaction in are; Haksan’s owner, customers, employees, suppliers, its neighbors, state and the society. Haksan evaluates all the external and internal elements, sides’ expectations that Haksan is interacted with, and creates its processes and strategies based on them, and manages risks and opportunities occurred.
Our company assumes ZERO DEFECT principle both in manufacturing and administrative departments and also in all processes.
Ethical rules which Haksan must obey are defined and open to everyone. All employees work according to those rules in Haksan.

COMPANY SCOPE
Haksan Otomotiv A.Ş. produces each product, gives service and makes any activity based on customer satisfaction and has created Quality and Environment Management Systems in this direction.
In these systems, ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 Quality Management Systems and EN ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System standards were used as a guide. All the studies we have configured according to ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and EN ISO 14001: 2015 system standards are explained in the Quality Manual. Apart from the existing facilities of Haksan Otomotiv A.Ş., there is no other facility which is subject to those systems.
